NoFraud is a fraud prevention solution that TRT ABORATORIES has partnered with. They screen transactions on behalf of businesses and will alert them if they find a transaction to be at potentially high risk for fraud. This functions to protect consumers against unauthorized credit card use, as well as protects businesses against fraud and/or unauthorized chargebacks.

You received an alert email/call/text message because your transaction showed signs of irregular shopping characteristics and/or elevated risk. TRT LABORATORIES wants to confirm the transaction was made by the authorized cardholder.

After you confirm the transaction there is nothing else you need to do; unless you have been instructed by a fraud analyst to provide additional information.

You may be asked for information that can identify you as the card holder. TRT LABORATORIES and NoFraud will NEVER ask you for your full credit card number, social security number, or any other sensitive data.

Once your response is received, your response will be reviewed by a NOFRAUD analyst who will either or approve or deny the charge.

The order will be cancelled and the card will be refunded.

You will receive tracking information within 2-3 business days for you order.

After confirming that the transaction was truly unauthorized, we recommend that you contact your credit card company and inform them that your card has been compromised. It is also recommended to look through the latest transactions on your account to ensure there is no other fraudulent activity to report. Your financial institution will likely put a hold on all future purchases from the compromised account and issue a new one for future use.
